          The 2010 WPA was won by Peter Jones (Deganwy) who beat Anthony Bailey (Llanrwst) in the final of which was held @ llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, this is the third year of this competition and for the third year a Deganwy player has been the eventual winner Peter Jones follows Darren Williams in 2009, and Daniel Jones in 2008.

          Congratulations to Lewis Scott (St. Asaph) who has finished top of the pile after the last qualifying round, of which was played at Conway B.C. on the 18th July, the final of this competition is to be held in the Gwynedd Area at llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch or Llanfair P.G. for short !! on Sunday 29th August .



          Another interesting fact maybe!! Is that : Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, in English means: Saint Mary's Church in the hollow of white hazel near a rapid whirlpool and the Church of Saint Tysilio near the red cave).
